Thatā€™s where it all started.
Practify Growth was founded by brothers Gilad and Lior Janet.
We saw healthcare from both sides, as patients and as business owners. As patients, we were grateful for the care we received. We saw how dedicated, skilled, and genuinelyĀ caring practitioners were.
But we also saw the cost, long hours, exhaustion, and businesses built entirely on their own effort.
Most were working 7 days a week, wearing every hat, and trapped in a cycle where it cost more to stop than to keep going. They were helping everyone else but slowly burning themselves out.
And as business owners, we understood that pressure all too well, the feeling of being stuck in the fast lane, knowing that if you slow down, everything might crash.
Thatā€™s why we built Practify, to help practitioners escape the technician trap, create predictable systems, and finally build businesses that work for them, not because of them.
