I’m a California-based, weight-inclusive Certified Intuitive Eating Dietitian and Certified Body Trust Provider with over 18 years of experience.
I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals break free from the oppressive grip of diet culture, empowering them to reclaim their birthright to eat and live with joy, peace, and freedom.
Since 2005, I’ve supported hundreds of people in escaping the dieting cycle, fostering a healthier, more harmonious relationship with food and their bodies.
My approach is grounded in the principles of anti-diet, Health at Every Size, and Body Trust frameworks, alongside Intuitive and Mindful Eating practices.
At the core of my philosophy is the belief that you are the ultimate authority on your own body. My role is simply to guide you in “getting out of your head and back into your body.”
